The Mobile Machinery Collision Warning System and the Moving Machinery Collision Warning System are part of our range of collision warning systems designed for use with the 4S Smart Site Safety System. These systems comply with the Development Bureau’s requirements for SSSS and are designed to monitor the danger zones of mobile machinery (including excavators, crawler cranes, and mobile cranes) to detect the presence of personnel in proximity.
Equipment Features (Model No. ALCON HD8408):
- Provides 360-degree coverage of the danger zones surrounding mobile machinery.
- When an intrusion is detected in the danger zone, warning lights will flash on the equipment’s operation dashboard, and audible alarms will be triggered.
- Notifications are sent via a mobile application to alert the safety supervisor, with the alarm details recorded in the 4S CMP (Central Management Platform) for further action.
- The system records alarm data, maintains logs, and generates reports.
